If they went to a specific school, find out what their GPA was there. You want to make sure that you don't go past the four letter grade. Also, you can check out the students' profiles on their university's website to see if there are any references to grades or letters of recommendation. You can also search for teachers who may have recommendations for the student and choose them for the 'other' option.Next, check to see what type of work experience you have on the right s ide of the page. If you only have a couple of days at the job, you can always put that under 'completed'. If you have many years of experience, be sure to tell all of the relevant details. If you haven't worked for a long time, you can check into the possibility of receiving a commission for the work you did for a company before.Underlined section is a useful tool in resumes. This means that if you leave it out, the recipient will not know it is there. It can be as simple as something like the date of the student's last grade level class, or how many hours he or she took on Saturday. Remember, if you forget to put something, it should not be assumed.Make sure you keep all of the important data on the page. There is no point onputting all of the great things about yourself on the page if they are scattered throughout the resume. The more information you have, the better the impression. And once you have the skills you need, give these to the employer. It may cost a little bit but this is what will help you land the job. Always try to include something about your work experience on the resume.Being a high school student, your resume can come out looking very good but if you are sloppy with your information, you can never get ahead in the job market. Write a resume that is perfect, for your educa tion and all the work experience you have done.
